Hey guys, first post but was reading and thank you for very informative site.
Now I have something to share and a couple of questions. So I ordered from RGUNS even after reading all warnings about customer service because they were only a company that was taking orders third week of Dec 2012 and I decided to push my luck. Wrong!. My CC was charged about a month ago and I still don’t have my AR lower yet. I send 3 email in last 2 weeks asking for tracking number to file complain with shipper and the last reply has foul language in it. And comment that they have no tracking information for firearms they ship. Is this non compliant with Federal Law, ATF rules? What would be best way to handle this situation? Apparently they don’t care about BBB. Did anyone complained to ATF yet to get attention from these people? |

Now your trying to tell us something we already know, why would you even place the order? Why? Panic I guess, they were only the place taking orders in fourth week of Dec. It was so much hype about ban back then. I was ok standing in line waiting for my turn. But they charged my CC so I want my staff. |

Here is UPS policy. Obviously this does not adds up with comment in the e-mail. File a dispute of the charge with the CC company. yeah, I know but dont want to drug my good buddy FFL in to this mess. He'll have to file bunch of paper with CC company and RGUNS if they have no tracking information to prove that he did not see it I guess because this a firearm after all. Did anyone try to file complain with ATF? it may help others too. |

Lets see if this trend will continue. There is no ban as I see it reading news. So dust settles and prices drop. |
| Rguns charged my card $2000 on 02/10/2013 for an order placed on 12/23/12. Then never shipped it, my bank reversed the charges and the debt card company is going after them for fraud. 3 days ago they tried charging my card $10,455.25. Card company stopped them and the local PD was called. Some one names Dawn contacted me and called me a ass hole. I hope they get every thing coming to them!!!! |

If they charge a fee to cancel but you go to your banking institution first and have them blocked or something are you safe? I have a atripped lower on order and this -ish makes me nervous, I have almost all my other parts besides the lower dammit. Yes I read all the history, I also have a buddy who's dad has ordered and waited patiently and stuff arrives as promised

I ordered an upper from them on 12/23/12.
On 2/11 I think it was they charged my card 2/18 label was printed 2/22 ups picked up 2/27 or so is when I received it. I don't have the exact dates but they are within a day or two. I got no communication from them at all. So it took them over two weeks from the date they charged my card to the day it hit my front porch. A buddy of mine ordered his 2 uppers the day before mine and he ended up getting his about a week or so after mine. Their service sucks but I am impressed with the quality of the upper that I got from them. |
| Sucks to hear what you're going through. I've actually been to their store and they are no different in person. They are just a tiny storefront. I kind of agree with some of the other posts. If you saw numerous negative posts, then why did you go ahead and order from them anyway? |
| I ordered 6 lowers from them a few years ago. I called before hand and they said they were in stock. I went ahead and placed the order and had my FFL send his info to them. 3.5 months later they finally showed up. It went from in stock to waiting on a shipment, to getting them finished to they've already been sent, to we are still waiting on them, to shipped again, to it will be a couple of weeks. I hate Rguns with a passion and refuse to give them another dime of my money. |

its funny, i feel bad if i ship out something more than 2 days after i receive payment. i sold 50 lowers in 4 days a few weeks back and one shipped out 2 days after i received the payment, and i sent the guy an email saying i was sorry.
now i just got 25 more in a put an add up on GB. maybe i can relax and ship um whenever and still feel better than those d-bags

| WOW guess they suck for shipping etc...I just walk in locally and check inventory. If they have I BUY. Always been good in person. ROger the owner is awsesome to deal with when there. Prices havent changed much with all the political bs either. Lowers went up 20 bucks last year but thats nothing compared to some suppliers. Sorry to yall that have to have orders shipped. |

A friend of mine is having an AR built using an RGuns lower receiver. The shop that is doing the build recently told him that RGuns has orders for over 200,000 lowers. I don't know anything about RGuns other than what I have read on this site, but if that number is accurate it's an unbelievable number of orders for a little storefront in a strip mall with lousy customer service. Makes you wonder how many AR's are being built over the next 6-12 months.
BTW - the shop told my friend he has no idea when he will get the receivers he ordered from RGuns back in early January. |
