Ok guys so i'm in the middle of putting my lower together and i'm stuck. I'm trying to install my Battle Arms Ambi Safety and it WILL not fit, I can slide the first 1/4 of it in the receiver but it will not go completley through, am doing something wrong? I also tried with a regular stag selector and the same thing happens.

I was building up to that

Hammer is locked back, I looked a bit harder and even with the hammer locked back it almost looks like the very bottom of the trigger assembly is still barely preventing the safety from going in, I function tested the trigger and it works just fine, any advice?

Does it have a trigger creep adjustment screw under the trigger?

Happens on some builds, you need to take out the FCG, and install the safety selector first, and then put the FCG back in making sure it is resting on the safety selector correctly to function.

This is the correct procedure.  I had to do the same with the RRA LPK being the worst............

So you think grinding the top of the trigger to fit under the selector is the correct way for parts to fit in an AR lower? I'm not saying I haven't seen it but that doesn't make it right.

I just took out the FCG and put the safety in, went in no problems...dropped the trigger back into place and maneuvered it under the safety mechanism, now for some reason I cannot get the hammer to lineup/seat properly for the life of me, it went in so easy the first time. I think i'm gonna just call it a night and get back at it tomorrow.

Ok guys, I took the FCG and safety mechanism out again this morning and mix matched the orders in which I installed. When I take the FCG and install the safety first along with the detent/spring/grip, then drop the trigger in, the hammer is impossible to line up correctly........now when I take the safety/grip off and install just the fcg by itself the hammer lines up perfectly. I'm obviously doing something wrong guys, first build kinda lost now
