Placed an order 3/31/13 for over $750 in goods, including a Vltor Upper. Tried using a 877 phone number which I found and it did nothing. The 850-622-2715 number rings and rings and rings and then my line goes dead. Discouraging ? For sure and certainly no way to run a business long term, as far as customer service is concerned.

After reading this News Alert on their website, I can cut ATS some slack. One mistake they've made is not updating their confirmation email to tell people that they will call you. My confirmation email says to call them. I went to their HOME PAGE and found this:

NEWS ALERT - PLEASE READ!

Thank you for visiting our website. Since the "Gun Scare of 2012" began our website and our retail store have been overwhelmed by a factor of 10x.

Due to some internet credit card fraud experiences, we now ask customers to call in their payment information. This is a little inconvenient for everyone, including us, but we have eliminated the fraud with this policy. The problem is our instore sales volume is preventing us from answering the phone most of the time. We apologize for this inconvenience.

So, if you place an order we will now call you when your items are ready to ship. We will fulfill orders in the order received. And we are honoring the prices on your order.... even for PMAGS! If you find the products elsewhere and want to cancel your order, we understand.

Thank you for your business and your patience!

ATS

So, I'm just going to wait for them to call me. I also placed an order with Troy on Feb 18 and it has yet to ship. Chalk it up to the 'scare of 2012-13'.

I'm not on here as much as I'd like, so I missed the discussion.
