I have two lowers to build. I should have enough Pro-Gold, but if not, is the basic white lithium grease ok to use? And do I use it on all roll pins?

No grease is required for the assembly of a lower receiver.

The only thing I'd grease on a lower is the trigger guard roll pin, specifically the ones that come with magpul trigger guards. Those things are a bitch to get in
