It will depend on the individual lower obtained. There are always slight tolerance differences regardless of brand.

Which rollmark do you like more? Honestly, forged lowers are forged lowers, as long as they're in spec.

There isn't any difference.  There might be some minor variations in fit due to tolerances during final machining and what not.

I haven't owned a DSA but have had an Essential Arms and my Vltor MUR upper sat more flush on the EA lower than my RRA lower.  I could rock the Vltor upper back and forth on the RRA but not on the EA.
It appeared the RRA had a slight high spot in the middle where the upper couldn't sit completely flush.

But like the other guys have said, as long as the critical areas are in spec, with pin hole sizes, and extension threads are all in spec there is no difference.

Some of the higher end manufacturers may tweak the design a bit and put a prettier finish on it, but as long as the pins and the buffer tube goes in and are snug, they will all be just fine.
This coming from a Seekins Precision forged owner.  It is pretty and has some tweaks to it, but the EA lower will do all the same stuff.

Which ever one you are able to get your hands on and build a rifle from is the best.

I would not be picky at all.
I would take either.
