Not an upper, but I ordered a stock, and they recieved order, confirmed order, sent me shipping notice, then sent me a notice that my order was cancelled. No explanations at all. I have a dealers account and if you set up an account you can look at your order on line. You can also call and talk to someone on the other end, unlike other companies. |

I am glad you have had no problems. My experience is totally different, and any company that tells me an order is cancelled after they tell me it has shipped, does not get future business from me. I did talk to them, and they had no rationale explanation as to what happened. |
never ordered from them but called to ask about something and they answered and were pretty friendly, guess ill be ordering from them this friday. 
FYI, its nice to actually talk to someone and not get a " dont call cuz ur slowing us down" or " give us a month before u email us". |
| Haven't ordered from them since the panic started, but lead times on in stock items and already-built uppers were only a couple days, and to build/ship an upper was about a week IIRC. Always a pleasure to deal with those folks, Gwyn builds a solid upper at a great price, always excellent service too, emails and telephone calls always returned. Would not hesitate to recommend them. |
