| yea nothing -- was told for almost 2 wks they had the lpk's i ordered in stock and my order was filled and would ship out -- finally got the truth from someone there that the parts were on backorder and they had no idea when stuff would be in stock -- so i canceled my order friday and was told refund would be back in bank friday night -- well no refund still as of yet from them -- pretty disappointed with them and probably wont use them ever again -- i ordered the lpk's from core15 which will ship this week (supposed to) |

I have a pending order from 12/30/2012... Three emails wend unanswered, their company phone number goes straight to voice mail and the voice mail box full, so you cant even leave a message. Just let people know where they stand with their orders, is that too much to ask?
Crazy times, we all know, yes... but this is terrible customer service. I can use Bravo Company as a great example - as busy as they are, Paul maintains an open channel of communication and replies to customer emails. I doubt i would order from DSA or recommend them to anyone in the future. |

Yeah, I ordered some other things with mine too. It all trickled in except the upper, even a couple rare-ish UZI parts. On November 9 she said:

Ordered 4 FAL mags earlier in the month along with some .308 Magpuls. The magazines shipped within a day or two. The Magpuls are backordered and card not charged.
No problems with their Customer Service on my end (first order with them). I plan to order some of their SCAR 17 mags when they come available. |

Ordered a pistol upper, bcg (NP3) & charging handle from DSA on 07/09/2012 and received the backorder notice. Beginning in Oct, 2012 I began calling customer service to obtain shipping date. Busy signal, direct to voice mail. No contact. In mid December I finally got through and the reply was "by the end of the month." Received the same answer in Jan & Feb. Actually received the same answer last week, so I asked if I could swap out the pistol upper for any other similarly priced upper (14.5" or 16".) She said yes, but at the current price. I requested they honor the price as originally sold and asked to speak to a manager. Was put on hold.
In short, I received a 14.5" upper, regular BCG and charging handle at July, 2012 prices. Other than the parkerized BCG vs the NP3 BCG, I'm satisfied, because I got my order TODAY! Because of the long delay, I had obtained a pistol upper from other sources and the change satisfied my current desires. So I'm good, except for the long delay. Samantha the CSR was great. Kudos to her for "grace under fire." |

I have received four barrels ordered in Late January to early February. Brownells, Love Palmetto and Stag. Stag was slow but I received it within 30 days. Give up on DS |
