I had a late December order with them for a couple of 80% lowers and after waiting a few weeks I emailed for a status and they said SIX MONTHS. When I ordered from them, there was NOTHING that said anything about a SIX MONTH wait and if they are delayed that bad then they should have made that very clear on the product order pages.
Six months for 80% lowers was way to long of a wait for me so I asked them to cancel the order, which they did but then they tried to hit me with a 10% cancellation fee. I had to bitch, moan & threaten BBB + a credit card dispute to get all of my money back, but in the end they refunded it. However I got quite a bit of attitude from them. They belittled me and snarkly insinuated that I was petty / poor / cheap because I wanted ALL of my money back. I got some half assed lame excuse that they will go out of business if they refund everybody their order and not charge a cancellation fee because of their overhead, to which I replied since when does your overhead dictate treating your customers like subhumans? I don't know about you guys but a company that charges you immediately for items that they don't have in stock and won't have in stock for HALF A YEAR and then tries to LOCK you in financially is a greedy piece of shit company to me. They actually made Rguns look like saints lol. I like what they did with that Feinstein web page, but I will never order from them again. |
