I just got shipment of USGI upper and mated it to my AR fifteen from aims lower. It mated fine but there is about a 4 paper width between upper and lower. I went ahead and but the BCG in and it functioned just fine. I was wondering if this is normal and will it be a problem? Thanks.

Not necessarily a problem if it's working for you, however, there are A LOT of those lowers that went out that are out of spec.
