Does it matter if you mix parts? I have a Palmetto lower for a first biuld and i'm looking for an upper, should I only go with price? IS on ebetter then the other? This is my first biuld and I want it to go smoothly

Just about any upper will work with your lower.Just pick the one you want with the fearures you want and you wiil be go to go.
