Putting together my second Noveske. The first one is 10.5" SBR with switchblock and I'm wondering if I should also get a switchblock on Recce 16". I don't have a suppresor at this time.

Would not bother with it.
You can replace several bolts before recouping the cost of the Switchblock, for no appreciable benefit - especially on a 16" midlength.
