I'm getting ready to install my barrel using an outer reciever nut and an inner barrel retainer nut. I realize that I need to maintain gas tube alignment of the outer nut while achieving proper torque of the inner nut. I  have a steel gas tube size rod that I can stick in from the back end that holds the outer nut in alignment. Is this OK, or, any ideas that are better ways to do this? I do not want to use LocTite.

The Seekins SARv2 Rail is similar. You just have to allow for the extra degrees in the clockwise rotation of the pieces to align everything up.

Not really that hard, just a couple of trys to get everything matched up.
