When installing a flash hider is the crush washer of a special variety, or is there one I can get at Lowe's or Home Depot?
Thanks |
| I always have other gear to order at the same time & add the washer to the order so I'm not paying more for shipping than the washer costs. You can, however, check with the citizens armory dot com for one. They will put it in an envelope & only charge minimal postage. |

I tend to throw in things like crush washers, cam pins, and firing pin retaining pins in with larger orders just to keep on hand to avoid paying shipping. You never know when you will need them.
I know that doesn't help with your current situation, but it is a good practice to get in when ordering in bulk. Something you could do, is come up with a small spare parts list and order that for maybe $30 or so and include a few in that order. |

I think I would be embarrassed to order one lousy crush washer. check PSA they are currently out of stock right now, But I am sure that they will be avaliable soon. Also I wouldnt be embarrased to order 1 crush washer, Better to do it right the first time. |
