Hello everyone.

I am in the process of removing my rra's midlength free float hand guards so I can install my new Noveske 16" barrel.

I got the hand guards removed but need to remove the locking nut that holds on the barrel nut. How do I get that off the hand guards?

I have a dpms ar armors wrench. The only thing I can see that will semi work is the nub on the wrench that will lock into the part with all of the holes. There is no place on the wrench that will lock onto the slots of the locking ring.

Also, how to I secure the foregrip so I can try to remove the ring? I have a vice but don't want to mess up the tube.
