I got the kit for my build,the only bad thing I dont like about it is, They put a dry flim lub on the buffer tube,when you move your stock up and down the tube it will leave scratches.
It's still a great kit. Get it , the buffer has powder in it.

Spike's Tactical Mil-Spec Buffer tube assembly,
Delta Three Tactical, LLC This was THE only place I found it when I was doing my build a few monts ago.
I just looked and he's got em,go for it.

If you search around, it's a love-hate product.
Split 50-50 down the middle.

These M16s, M4s, ARs have been running on conventional buffers for decades.
My favorite rig runs an H2 conventional buffer superbly with full power ammo.
