Hi all,

I recently purchased a complete AR that has been bubba'd by having most of the external lower parts polished to look like stainless.

Yeah, I know, it looks like garbage.

I've been able to order all the other parts to get it back to spec, but I forgot to order a safety selector switch.

Does anyone have an extra lying around they would sell me, or know of somewhere to get one that doesn't charge unreasonable shipping?

The best I've found so far is Midway, for about $12 with shipping.

I must be a cheapskate, cause that seems like a lot for a tiny steel lever with no moving parts! :)

Anyone have a better solution?

There is more to it than just being a lever...Spend the 12 bucks.

I suppose you could always paint or cold blue the lever part of the selector, the internal section doesn't really matter.

The Citizens Armory has a selector switch in stock. I would probably buy here. I heard they have cheap shipping.

Palmetto State Armor also sells individual parts.

You can buy individual parts from Rock River Arms  Read their disclaimer because the parts may not ship for 7-10 days. If you NEED the part/parts right away then I'd order elsewhere. I ordered individual parts from RR and they shipped within 7-10 days as advertized. You also will not know what RR charges for shipping until you receive the bill I do not recall what they charged me.

Check out Brownells, MidwayUSA and most any other vendor.
