I had a bit of trouble with the upper: had the gas block mis-aligned and also went a bit past correct timing with the flash hider. Lower went together with no trouble, even the pivot pin detent. Held the lower between my knees, put the spring in, held the detent with a needle nose and pushed the pin over the detent into the hole, first try (after reading about so many people having issues I was pretty proud of that Only malfunctions I'm sure were caused by the UTG brass catcher or not enough lube. I have just started policing my brass as I hope to reload next year. If I'm reloading for volume, not so much for accuracy, I'm wondering if I should separate different brands of brass? Brass from different guns? Separate .223 and 5.56?
