What kind of accuracy is one to expect from factory ammo?
I wa shooting some PMC ammo and was getting 2.5 groups at 100 yards.
I have not started hand loads yet but just wondering.

I did the build myself by the way.

Sub MOA to really really bad.
A good load in my weapon may be less so in your weapon or vise versa.

not bad for xm193 I'm guessing. I'm also guessing from a CHF barrel of some variety with a 1:7 twist? Theres a lot more accurate ammo out there for sure though.

What are the specs of the rifle you were shooting it from?

I typically see much smaller than that from my rifles shooting PMC bronze.  From sandbag rest the JP will see MOA, LaRue Stealth about the same maybe little larger, and 1.5 but no more than 2 from my Stag 1/9 carbine not free floated shooting from the magazine sandbags under mag, grip, and stock.  The JP has a JP trigger with 4.5lb pull and a 3.5x ACOG chevron, LaRue is mil-spec trigger iron sights, and the Stag is mil-spec trigger and Aimpoint CompM4s.
