After shooting today I noticed that the comp had come loose.  I'm 100% sure that I tightened it when it was installed.   It's a Miculeck comp that uses a jam nut instead of a crush washer for timing.  Should I switch to a crush washer, use Loctite, or what?  I should add that it's a 300 BLK rifle with a CMMG WASP barrel.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Crush washers work great.  That's all I've ever used.  You torque them down a little more than hand tight and the don't move.  When I tried just hand tight, my FH came loose.  Be sure to secure your barrel in a padded vise, don't translate any torque to the receiver. - CW

I have never had a jamb nut come loose, but I can’t see why it would hurt to try a crush washer.

I had the same exact thing happen to mine when I was at the rockcastle proam last year.  I suppose locktite would be a good idea.  I decided to get something else as I didn't want to deal with it.
