got a yhm multi cal lower, and a yhm flatop upper. im looking to build it as a .300 black out. i want to get a 16 barrel, can i use an a-2 stock on a carbine. also, some input on small parts would help.
so many options, im spinning my wheels.

Yes, you can use the A2 stock; just make sure you also get the A2 receiver extension and buffer/spring. Good luck with the build.
