Am I the only one who thinks the staking screws are too sharp (pointed)? I'm thinking about slightly rounding the points.

Have you used it yet to see the results?

Just bought one. TOOOOO pointy for me. Was thinking about sending it back.

Tips are supposed to be hardened so rounding them off might not be a good thing. I thought they were supposed to be made by the same people that make the other one but I have used a moack one it seemed to displace the material wider.

Yeah, that is why I'm thinking about rounding the points.

I just rounded the points off with a dremel.

I have one of these due to the fact that the MOACKS Plain would not work with the LMT Enhanced carrier.

The good news is the screws from the MOACKS Plain are threaded the same as the ones used in the Brownells tool and they work great together.

Send Ned at M-Guns an e-mail and see if you can get some of the screws used on the MOACKS Plain.
