Standard RRA 16" Mid-length complete uppers are around $475 last time I looked.  I got one last fall and it is awesome.

RRA has free shipping on their stuff like that BTW.

Hmmm might have to save a few extra pennies and go that route considering I have a RRA lower and RRA LPK and after shipping the one from delton will cost about the same I imagine.

I started with an Armalite stripped lower that I got at my local gun store, but I used all RRA parts on the rest of my AR inluding the complete upper.  It's been awesome so far.

Here's a link to the RRA Mid-length Complete Upper.  The A4 Flat Top is $475 and the A2 style is $500.  You can also add other options to it as you desire.

I'm pretty sure that the "F" marked A2 FSB goes with the A4 flat top type AR, while the other non-F-marked A2 front sight goes with the standard A2 type AR receiver with the fixed carry handle.

I know the Del-Ton brand was already mentioned, but I got mine today complete upper in 16 inch from Rifle Outfit.  It was 399 with free shipping and no tax. I was able to do my complete rifle build for 630 which included a double star lower and magpul magazine.

Unfortunately, there is a "pre-election panic" underway.  Doubtful that you'll find anyone that currently has anything in stock.  All you can do is place your order and wait for delivery.  When I placed my order with Rock River last fall around Thanksgiving, they were quoting 10-12 weeks delivery, but in reality it took only 5-weeks.  Now however, it will probably be longer because of the big rush.
