I want to build an 80% gun... then have it engraved to match the markings on an hk 416d.. i would then like to register it as a 10.5 inch gun, i would like the lower to read:

" Hk 416d"
kal 5.56x54 mm"   on left side of mag well

on the right side id like it to read

" heckler and koch gmbh"

made in german"

no some where on their i must engrave my trust info  "jo goof's living trust     state  city "

not sure how i would do the form 1 on this tho and would "made in german" be a bad thing to do ?

I'm not an expert in this, everything you want to the engraved would probably be frowned upon by BATF.You are wanting to put a model number of another company's weapon. Then you want to put their name on it and it is not made by them.Lastly the weapon is not being made in Germany.
All around I think it would be a very bad idea.

It's done a lot.  Look at the retro M16 clones people here do.  As long as it has the proper ATF required markings and the NFA markings, everything else would be considered cosmetic markings.

so as long as i make up a serial that is not german and not used by hk and as long as i have my nfa markings on it i should be good to go i think

I can't find it, but someone made an SBR out of a Nodak Spud lower with Colt M16 markings on it.

As long as the makers info (name, city & state) + a ser# are engraved on the lower then you are good. There is nothing different about registering an 80%er except that you are the manufacturer.
