I heard that lowers are lowers and upper are all the same, and to spend my money on the barrel and the bolt group. How do I tell whicjh oner is a good one? And is there a worhtwhile difference between a full auto bolt or jut a standard bolt?

The bolt is the same Bolt carrier is different than a full auto carrier. Check legal section good info plus picks.
