I'm looking for a complete upper 16" barrel 1:7 twist w/ free float quad rail. Brand not important. Any suggestions??

BCM, PSA, Spikes, riflegear, core15, Daniel Defense...not necessarily in that order

Carbine, midlength, what length rail? with gas block or sight post?

PSA. They have about the best price for what you're looking for at the moment. It just so happens they also put together a high quality product. The only problem is that a lot of their stuff is out of stock right now.
