You can get them from Brownells; part number is 231-000-082. Just tap it in.

Press fit I assume? do I tap it in 'till bottom out? or is are there any spec. for the finish height?

Here's a technical drawing; hope it helps.

It shouldn't require a lot of force to get it just about even with the flange on the barrel extension.
