[ARCHIVED THREAD] - best upper parts source

got a barrel, got an upper, need all the trinkets.

pistol gas tube, barrel nut, barrel pin (i think), handguard cap, delta assy., .625 set screw or clamp on gas block.

best place to get all these at once? midway and brownells tend to be out of stock of one or the other. and oh the shipping rates!
any help?
