Hello,

I would like to get an LWRC M6A2 but need to comply with California laws.  Basically, the LWRC must be semi-auto (no full auto) and magazine release needs a narrow pin to activate/release.  My question is what are the various ways I can purchase this LWRC and comply with the California laws?

Also, if I want to build my own, where can I get the magazine release button that requires a narrow pin to activate/release?

yeah I would ask in the CA hometown forum.  I think Riflegear is in California and supplies CA legal parts, you might want to contact them  http://www.riflegear.com/p-58-ar15-bullet-button.aspx  I don't know if lwrc would assist you or not, couldn't hurt to call

Riflegear.com has the "Bullet Button" on their site.  They have a section dedicated to CA Compliance items.  I bought the Raddlock Bullet Button for my rifle.  With 4 complete turns, the button converts to a conventional mag release.

You need a bullet button installed. That is all.

You can either have one shipped to an FFL, have an FFL order one for you or you can pick one up in a store.

Yup, I have (soon to be had) raddlock BBs on all my ARs. They're great for when you go out of the state.

I bought a couple bullet buttons from here. Good quality and free shipping.
