I bought a Larue lower reciever-now I want opinions on the better lower kits and A2 stocks.
I have read enough to know that there are various types and sizes of buffer tubes, and would appreciate information on them, too.
I have a Timney drop-in trigger that I'm going to use in this rifle, but other suggestions will be considered.
Anything else that anyone cares to offer certainly will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Get one of the lower kits from Palmetto State that comes without the trigger. I have installed several and been very happy.
I bought a Stag A2 stock kit from Rainier Arms for $70. My only gripe was the screw was a bitch to get tightened down. Very tight. If you buy the parts for an A2 stock separately, make sure you buy the longer A2 screw and the spacer.
There a 2 types of buttstock tubes: Commercial and mil-spec. The commercial tube has a slightly larger diameter. A mil-spec stock will not fit a commercial tube.
A timney trigger will work just fine. Others will say geissele triggers are the way to go, since they are very good triggers. Use the timney since you already have it.

An A2 stock is pretty much an A2 stock. There is one size of buffer tube for an A2. I like DD & Stag lpks. From what I've read about PSA I wouldn't mind trying one of their kits.
