This site was a great help for my first build.
It started out with my neighbor getting a deal on a RRA stripped lower, so I bought one too. I just put it in the gun safe, then my other buddy decided to reoutfit his Bushmaster. He gave me the A1 upper, collapsable stock and buffer, handgaurds, trigger group and everything for the lower minus the takedown detents. I picked up a lightweight 16" chromed barrel kit, bolt and carrier assembly, and the misc parts from Del-Ton, and put it all together. Sighted it in at the range last week, and it ran perfect! Thanks to all the help on this site! Great info. http://i1179.photobucket.com/albums/x399/nicko289/DSC_0001.jpg Nick |

Hehe,
.40 over 302 with a edelbrock cam, edelbrock performer intake, and 600 carb. Ceramic coated headers. The motor puts out 300hp, and 350 lb/ft tq. 9 inch rear with 3.25 taction lock gears. Built it in my garage. The rest of the car is bone stock a real survivor orig interior and all, except for the paint. Gun and Car guys are birds of a feather, the hands on ones anyway! Nick |
