The top rail of a CASV and the Charging handle? Is there one out there? My Magpul MBUS misses the mark by 5/16".

Most sights fit that area. Try YHM, Troy, or MI flip rear BUIS or DD if you want a fixed one. I use a YHM rear flip on mine.
