Has anyone tried the Colfax Tactical that is 80% completed? I talked to the owner yesterday and he described the lower and what it takes to finish it. kwg

| I have finished two of their 80% uppers now. The machine work is outstanding. The mag wells are cut nicely but just a few thousandths larger both ways than most lowers I own (Lauer, BM, PWA, Colt, & Spikes). This has not presented any problems with feeding and I guarantee you will always get a normal undamaged mag to drop free, even a swelled-up P-Mag. Both lowers have fit my drill jig perfectly. You will not be disappointed in the quality of the C.T. lowers. Both of mine have been bare, so I cannot attest to the quality or appearance of their pre-anodized lowers. |
