I am wanting to build my first AR. I haven't built a complete rifle before so I am looking for sum tips.

I am a big fan of the M&P AR15s wanting something similiar but not a stock rifle. Thinking about starting with a rock rivers lower.

Any suggestions would be great wanting to keep the price around $1300 thanks.

Why are you a big fan of the M&p? Personally I would build off of a Daniel Defense lower next.

Unfortunately Daniel Defense no longer offers Stripped or Complete Lower Receivers.

Thanks for the heads up! I always liked DD lower rollmark ( I own a stripped upper). Oh well no sweat, they seem to have enough customers already. My next suggestion would be to build from the new Axts adac lower reciever!! That piece looks really nice.

Checked out the addax site nice looking recievers. How hard is it to assemble a stripped lower like I said I'm new to the build processes.

aero precision stripped lowers are as low as 65 bucks and they are very good quality

i like mega myself they are top notch in my book

Thanks for all the info..... I was thinking about a Rock Rivers Lower and a Daniel Defense uppers with a magpul stock... Good or Bad or is there sum better options out there.

Just got my FFL in the mail today so i will be able to get parts at cost, so I can spend alittle more if neccasary. Thanks

I have a RRA lower with a DD upper and it fits great. Got the lower from Legal Transfers.
