| I want to pull off the stock OR gas block and put a standard A2 FSB on...does anyone know if these barrels have the pin grooves in them...or do they need to be cut in? |
| No, just the one groove for the single taper pin. Make sure you bang that pin out the correct direction, it's the opposite way from most manufacturers. I removed the OR gas block (isn't that thing hideous!) on my M&P and put a YHM low pro gas block and free float rail over the whole thing. Looks great. |
