I installed a Larue rail everything went smoothly except for the A2 FH, how do you time the FH to go on right?

Put the crush washer on the barrel, thread on the FS as far as it will go by finger tension, then use a wrench to turn it until its timed correctly.

Either use CRUSH Washer, Lock Washer or Peel Washer

To get the timing correct, usually just eyeball the top slot on the FH so it's straight with the markings on the barrel. Or I eyeball it in relation to the center of the front sight base.
