So I finally got my AR-15 complete - I have a spikes lower and a RRA upper - there is a TAD bit of wiggle room b/w the upper and lower then I put it all together - should this be any concern or is this sorta normal when mix matching parts?  everything goes together great and functions fine there is just a little wiggle....

Wiggle is normal.  Some have more some have less.  Doesn't really hurt anything although some people find it annoying.

Its normal, but if it bothers you purchase an accuwedge.

If it bothers you:
some put an o-ring around the rear takedown lug
some put fishing line between the receivers
some use strips of electrical tape
some use accuwedges
some use tensioning rear pins
some bed their upper receivers

Correction:  O-ring around the FRONT pivot pin lug, not the rear. Pick a cross-sectional size based on how much "slop" you have.  A cheap, quick, effective fix.

Off to LOWES I go - this looks like an easy fix...

The receivers on an AR are really just there to hold the important parts. The fit of the upper and lower has never mattered when it comes to accuracy unless the upper to lower fit is too tight.

There needs to be enough gap in the receivers to prevent metal-to-metal binding on the engagement surfaces.

If the mating surfaces of the upper and lower receivers bind against one another it can cause stress.

No hard metal-to-metal contact is desirable between upper and lower receivers.
