Can you pull the charging handle back and eject the shell from the bolt without any resistance from the bolt in other words, slides open ok then when you release, the bolt closes without hangups?

You have something blocking your gas key. Insert a pipe cleaner or something flexible to clean out the gas key on top of your bolt carrier. Ensure there is nothing blocking the path of the gas.

Check your gas tube next.  Put some water in a cup, clean off one end of your gas tube, stick the other end in the water and blow some air through it like a straw.  Make sure to oil the gas tube after doing this (in and out!).  If you get bubbles then you might want to look at your gas block and barrel fit.  Make sure that air can get from the barrel to the gas block.

So it's extracting the round from the chamber but just not ejecting it from the receiver?

There was a thread a month or so back ... with this problem ... turned out there was no ejector in the guys bolt

ETA If the case is being extracted but not ejected then it could be several things .... could be a weak extractor dropping the case after extraction but before the ejector can do it's job and send it out the port door. Could be something wrong with (or none for that matter .. see above) the ejector ... test the ejector by hand (spent case hooked on extractor and push into the ejector) to make sure it's not binding in the bolt channel. Also need to check that the rifle is fully stroking ... one round in mag ... then fire ... does the carrier lock back?

if the gas block doesnt have a tight fit would that cause the problem
i can blow air though the tube out the gas block
i can move the gas block when its on the barrel it wont tighten any more
either i have to file down the space between the tighten screws so i can tighten it more or buy a new gasblock
and yes i have the right .750 block

Seriously?  You can move the gas block even though you can't tighten it anymore?  Are you sure the hole in the gas block is lined up with the hole in the barrel?  Are you able to keep it aligned??

What did you do to fix the issue?  You had said you could not tighten the gas block anymore so I'd be interested to hear what you did.
