I am looking for a barrel that is lightweight and 16-18". I would prefer non-threaded, fluted. I like the barrels on the Remington R-15s but can't find them for sale seperately.

You can get a regular hbar or lite barrel anywhere and just cut off the threads and crown it.
A hacksaw,auger bit,gun blue and a careful few minutes would do it.

Remington sells parts (or at least they used to).
Put a thread protector on it.
If you are going to have one cut down you will need to start with an 18” barrel.
