What do I put on the threads for the flash suppressor, moly grease or red\blue loctite

The TM does not call for anything. Lately I have been using a light coat of anti-seize.
I would not use loctite.

std A2, I use grease.
some special units require rockset, others loctite.

If it was it would come with instructions like some of the surfire units.
