OK, Which One!!!
Mega Machine Black Rain LaRue Spikes Tactical I'm having a tough time deciding which one to get. Any advice or known problems with any of them? They're all between 400 and 500 so price difference doesn't matter. Also looking for a sick looking free float tube...Recomendations? So far that is down to RRA Advanced half quad rail and YHM Todd Jarrett or of course DD. |

I am partial to Mega right now just because I used them for my first build. They make sweet stuff and I personally believe they are among the top for receivers. Spikes is right there with them. I may be wrong but I thought you couldn't get a larue lower without the purchase of a complete upper from them?

The Spikes is awesome!...
Everything is captured with set screws, lots of adjustment with this set. (Upper to lower tension, trigger take-up…ECT) You don’t need a lower parts kit with this lower, all you need is a trigger set and buffer tube. It comes with an abmi bolt release built in… and it looks awesome! I was really impressed when I finally got my hands on one. |

I went thru Rainier Arms and they are a pleasure to deal with. You can not buy a Larue unless you buy a complete upper from them...You can't go wrong with a spikes but I think Mega is a little cheaper(when it comes to their combos) and I think MMS look better, but like we both said we are bias.
