Will a dpms lower build kit fit any stripped lower? Yes. If it don't something is oversized or undersized.

A DPMS lower parts kit should fit any standard .223/5.56 size lower. I have used three of their kits and two of their lowers and have never had issues with them. Now these rifles are just my "toys" and people will tell you to use "better" if your life depends on your rifle.

Some people have used .223/5.56 mags for 5.45x39 but most report issues and most can only fit less then 20 rounds in a 30 round mag. In my opinion if you are using 5.45x39 then get the right mags from c-products. They can be had for as low as $10 if you watch for sells.
