Does anybody have any experience with this? Are they even available yet?

Not available yet, I think. Pretty sure I saw something saying coming soon or similar.

I think they are selling rifles with it but I'm not sure you can just buy the parts. Looks pretty good though.

Surplusammo.com has a few, they aren't listed on their website yet, but if you call they should be able to fix you up with one.

We are only them (the Aero Precision C.O.P. monolithic uppers, not the Armalite branded uppers, though they are remarkably similar) in the store itself at this time. We have a few but can get them somewhat easily as we have a pretty good relationship with API, and their customer service is outstanding. Plus their being a local company is awesome.
