Here are some pictures of my new build, which just got finished completely this week. I have only had a chance to fire a few boxes through it so far, but I don't anticipate any problems. I wanted to do a "Reece" style build, and this is my first go at it. This is only my second AR, but I am happy with the parts that went into it. I did a lot of reading first, so hopefully I made good choices. Can't wait to get some more trigger time this weekend.
Specs: BCM Complete Lower w/ Magpul ACS stock BCM 16" BFH mid-length with 12" DD Lite Rail Nightforce NXS 1-4x24 in a LaRue mount Harris/LaRue Bipod For more thoughts on the optic, see this thread: First Impressions Here are the pictures. I'll be happy to answer any questions... Thanks for all the help I have gotten here!
Thanks for looking! |

NIce, how much did it set you back if you don't mind my asking? Btw, how's the compensator for muzzle climb? I've been looking for a replacement for my standard A2 to reduce muzzle climb. The compensator is great. I have really been happy wth the performance regarding muzzle climb. You won't be sorry you got it. As far as cost, I'd hate to total it up. North of $3k, but $1400 of that is optic. |

very nice .I cant wait to get My DD rail. I like your dog in that link. Looks like he's thinking "don't even fucking think about getting near this rifle" Is that Harris a 6-9" er. can you use it with a 30 round mag prone? I had a Harris 6-9", and the short answer is yes. The long answer is that the 9" makes it somewhat difficult for me to shoot from the bench if i wanted to position my off hand on my PRS stock |
