I building a 20" barrel w/ rifle length gas, carbine length receiver extension and milspec BCG. Do I need a heavier (H, H2, H3, etc.) buffer or would standard weight be enough for reliable cycling?

63-77 gr.
How does this affect the necessary buffer weight?

You will want a lighter carbine buffer, as the rifle gas system is already soft on the gun.
