Correct me if Im wrong but isn't the grip screw hole supposed to be threaded the entire way through? I don't have the tools necessary for a tap and thread so would I be justified to send this back? I can't even get a standard grip in there. Plus the mag well is super tight and doesnt allow PMags to drop freely. Its too bad cause it was on sale and looked like a winner.

Some manufacturers thread them through, some don't.  I disremember what my last ones from Spike's were, but I'm going to find out what this one is in 2 days.
I recall that I had to add a washer to one grip to tighten it up, before I ground the end off the end of the bolt.  It may have been a Spike's.  I just adapted, but you're right.  You shouldn't need to.
Regarding the Magpul: What's the date stamp on your PMags?

I LOVE your sig Watch out for the Thought Police

Yeah, youre right, they are the early revision mags. The new ones work. I thought the only thing they changed was the cover clip.

Call Spikes's, see if they'll send you a shorter bolt if you can't tap it through.

Magpul:––->  It's easy to fix 'em with a flat mill file.
Front and rear, smooth the 'seam' out.  Probably 6-8 strokes each.
I had a thread about it with a pic or two, other people have, too.

Separate mod:––-> Look in the rear detent hole to see if it's threaded for a small set screw to trap the detent and spring.  There's a sticky about doing it if it's not threaded, but check.
And post pix when you're done with the build.

I actually already built it but took it apart when I stripped the grip screw. I had a post about it but I had to drill the head off and remove it with a vice grip. Ill contact Spikes...
