Hi,

i was curious if anybody knows whether the flash suppressor that is factory installed by BCM onto their upper receiver groups is removable or not? any knowledge would be great.

With the exception of the 14.5" M4 uppers with the permanently attacked A2X extended flash suppressors, I belive they all come with plain old torqued on A2 flash suppressors.

More info is needed to properly answer your question. Such as how long is the barrel? If it is 14.5 or shorter, it may or may not be. It will depend on which one you buy or have bought. If it is a 14.5 or shorter and is removable and you don't have an SBR registered lower, then you have a problem. If it is any other length, then yes it is removable.
