I was watching the outdoor channel the other day and they had these red caps that took the play out of the Trigger/Hammer Pins does anyone know where I can get one of these or what they are actually called?

No offense intended but I'm not quite sure what you are describing when you say pin caps. JP and KNS both make anti-walk or anti-rotation pins. Both do their job as advertised. Many will tell you that they are unnecessary and if you aren't having problems I would agree. That said, I also believe they can't hurt you and can be viewed as cheap insurance. So that's my 2 cents, you can take it for exactly what you've paid for it.

Edit: One other thought came to mind. Since you mentioned red could you perhaps be describing an Accu-Wedge? An Accu-Wedge minimizes the free play between upper and lower. Some may describe this as taking the slop out of the pivot and take down pins.
