My WOA 18in varmint barrel should be here by tues

But im not sure which forearm to get. I have narrowed it down to 2:

11" TRX Extreme BattleRail

YHM Free Float Forearm System
Specter Length (Overall length: 9.675 in - Weight 12 oz.) (YHM-9430A)

Either one will work and they're both decent free float systems. But keep in mind that they are roundish shaped, meaning that they have a larger diameter. My personal preference is for a smaller, trimmer rail, kinda oval shaped.Larue,Daniel Defence, and some models of Troy are my choice, but that's just me.Good luck on the build and remember to post pics...

The TRX is slim. Very, very slim. I love mine.

True the YHM is the larger diameter tube, the Extreme is the only handguard on the market that I know of (other than the JP counterpart) that is smaller in diameter than our handguard system. The first time I Handled one I was shocked by just how trim it was. The modular nature of these systems will in most cases be a better fit than 32" of unused rail that requires covers to be comfortable.
