accu-wedge, that seemed to work for guys in the army. we have some M16's with a LOT of play. Cheap and easy to install. BITCH getting the rear takedown pin out bit it tightens it up.

.20 is MAX tolerance for the upper play. if its that bad u need another upper.

Foam ear plug. Cheaper than accuwedge, works just as well.
