YHM has great FF handguards that aren't too expensive.  Just got one of their Diamond ones myself

No problem....I like White Oak Armory barrels.  They can be found at Rainier Arms.  They are priced fairly decent.  They shoot amazing.  If you want a cheaper barrel you can try Anvil Arms, YHM.  For a rail system I love LaRue but if you dont want to spend in the upper $200s then go with a YHM rail.  The basically install with there barrel nut.  Torque it down to 45lbs or so and line up the gas tube holes.  Slide the tube through then line up the gas block which will be rifle length if your building a 20incher.  Tighten that down and install your roll pin.  Then slip the lock ring on then the rail forend.  Screw the rail down then turn the lock ring up to tighten down the rail.  Install the two set screws (anti-rotational screws) on both sides.  Your done.  Use locktite on the screws and lock ring.  Make sure your all lined up with your upper receiver before tightening everything.  Buy one of there end caps for a nice finish as well as there wrench.  Its pretty simple.

Parts list :
AR15 Wrench
Torque Wrench
Locktite
Allen keys
Roll pin punches
Hammer
screw drivers

AR parts:
Upper and Charging Handle
Barrel
Rail
Gas tube...the barrel maker will tell you what length but should be 10-14" carbine length, 16" mid length, 20" rifle length
Gas block....most will be .750 Dia  (Agin know your barrel)
Bolt Carrier Group
Muzzle device (get some crush and peel washers to time it right)
BIUS or what ever sights you want to use.
your done!!!!!!!!!
